 The Marshall Design and Makerspace Lab has a vision that the future of education will be empowering students to have a consistent flow of valuable ideas and make them a reality.​ We believe this vision is achieved when communities democratize access to the tools of innovation.

Since 2013, MDM Labs has expanded district wide and was one the first public school districts to adopt 3d Printing and Making at a Regional Level. MDM Labs has provided faculty and students with the tools and support they need to launch small businesses and create opportunities in

the process.

When a new Makerspace opens, the impact on the community is immeasurable. MDM Labs brings together and cultivates a highly creative, collaborative group of makers, tinkerers, students, academics, and entrepreneurs, who share ideas, learn new skills, and create new products.

MDM Labs partners with universities, community colleges, corporations, nonprofits and companies big and small. Together, we democratize access to the tools of invention in local communities, providing the resources that real people need to turn their big ideas into real successes.
